Her experience working in Child Welfare and numerous charitable organizations has given her a deep understanding of marginalized communities' challenges. As a goal-driven chairperson, Sne is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals can thrive. After years of personal charitable work, she founded Siza Ubuntu to expand her positive impact on a larger scale.

Mr. Thato Phiri, the Finance Director of Siza Ubuntu, brings a grounded and ambitious approach rooted in his passion for law and finance. With a strong contract and corporate law foundation from his legal studies, Thato also possesses a keen understanding of risk management developed through his finance experience. Known for his caring nature and down-to-earth demeanor, Thato is driven to achieve organizational goals while maintaining a practical perspective in addressing real-world challenges.
